· Intermittent telephone support and follow-up

· Short-term support around issues impacting the mediation process

· Referral and linkages to other services

· Linkages to other services provided by Family Support Newcastle

What to expect:

You will be contacted within seven days from making an enquiry. The family worker will hear your concerns and needs and determine with you the most appropriate next steps.
